SAN is mentioned in the 2004 "We've Got You Covered," LA County Guide to Free and Low-Cost Health Care
Services booklet under "Immigrant Information." It is a premier guide for all underserved in So Cal.

Along with SAN’s phone number, the guide says, "English, Bengali, Gujarati,Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, Sinhalese & Urdu languages available." Other groups listed are APALC, Cambodian Assoc. of America, Chinatown Service Center, CHIRLA, Korean Resource Center, Thai Community Development Center and WRAP.

According to an email message received from Mr Asad Zaidi, the mention of SAN is “ONE SMALL STEP FOR SAN ONE GIANT LEAP FOR OUR UNDERSERVED COMMUNITY . We're in good company.
