Lollywood Mega Star Show 2005

Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay area Pakistanis will have the opportunity to witness the biggest Lollywood Star Show on Friday July 22 and Saturday July 23 respectively. The shows will be held at Pacific Auditorium, Fullerton on July 22 and at the Mayer Theater of Santa Clara University, 500 Elcamino Real, Santa Clara on July 23. Both the events will start at 8 P.M.
The Lollywood team is comprised of Waris Baig, Shahida Mini, Shabnam Majeed, Rafia Bano, film star Priya, Mazhar Rahi, Ameer Ali and famous dancer Sheen.
Waris Baig is a talented patriotic ghazal singer and makes greater waves with every CD that he produces. Baig has sung in several Pakistani movies. He has composed solo albums like Chand Jharoke Mein, Janoori, Jan-e-Baharan and Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya.
Shahida Mini, who is multi talented – she is a singer, actress and dancer and winner of several film festival Lollywood awards - will delight the South Asian community with her God-given talent.
Shabnam Majeed is one of the most popular singers of Pakistan. Her songs “Agar Teri Aankn Main”, “Dil ueh Tujh Pe Sanam”, and “Kabhi Palkhon Ko Uthana”, have won her recognition. She started her career as a child star on Pakistan Television. She has a very nice pitch and voice quality for love songs
Rafia Bano from the Hazara division sings Pushto and Hindko songs and takes the audience along with her when she sings 'Mere Pardesi Babu, Mujhe Tum Bhool Na Jana'.
