Congressman Phil Gingrey Joins Pakistan Caucus

Congressman Phil Gingrey has joined the Congressional Pakistan Caucus.
In 2002, after 26 years of having a successful OB-GYN practice and being an extremely active community leader, Congressman Gingrey was elected as the US Representative for Georgia's 11th District. In the US House of Representatives, Congressman Gingrey is working to improve education, to protect our nation, to fight for the life of the unborn, and to improve healthcare for all Americans.
Congressman Gingrey currently serves on the powerful House Rules Committee. During his first term in Congress, Phil served on the House Armed Services Committee, the Committee on Education and the Workforce, and the Science Committee. In addition to his committee duties, Phil is Chairman of the Republican Healthcare Public Affairs Team and also chairs the Healthcare Reform Subcommittee of the Republican Policy Committee.
Congressman Gingrey has especially shown his support for the people of Pakistan since the tragic earthquake of October 8, 2005.
PAL-C Chair of the Pakistan Caucus Membership Committee, Mr. Rehman Jinnah, has welcomed Congressman Gingrey to the Congressional Pakistan Caucus. “We are only three members away from reaching another milestone of 75 members for the Pakistani American community and the US-Pakistan relationship,” he said.
