Picnic on Independence Day in Silicon Valley

Sunnyvale, CA: Pakistani-Americans in Silicon Valley lead by Pakistani American Cultural Center (PACC) will celebrate the Pakistan Independence Day on Saturday, August 18, 2007 with a picnic at Baylands Park in Sunnyvale, CA.
The organizers are promising a fun-filled day for the whole family. There will be Pakistani music and songs by up and coming bright singers from Silicon Valley. Pakistani food will be available and traditional games from Pakistan such as Pit-hoo garam, kabbadi and kite flying will be available to all. For younger Pakistani-Americans, a mela has been organized by the youth wing of PACC. Come and play ring toss, spoon race, knock the cans and many other games and win prizes just for participating.
Picnic hours are 11:00am to 5:00pm .
