Farooq Sattar’s Father Passes away

Karachi: Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) deputy convener and parliamentary leader Dr Farooq Sattar lost his father Abdul Sattar Noor Muhammad Pirwani, who passed away at the age of 84 at his residence early Monday morning.
Pirwani leaves behind his wife Fatima Bai, son Dr Farooq Sattar and daughters Naseem, Nasreen and Naheed. His funeral prayers were offered after Asr at KMC Stadium in Pir Illahi Bux Colony and he was buried in the Yasinabad graveyard.
The MQM leadership, including Babar Ghauri, Adil Siddiqui, Shoaib Bukhari, Mustafa Kamal, MPAs and MNAs, town nazims, UC nazims and others attended the funeral.
Mr Wasim Zaidi of the Los Angeles Unit has condoled the death of Mr Sattar’s father. Qur’an Khwani for the departed soul will be held on Sunday, April 20, after Zuhar prayers at the Islamic Society of Orange County (ISOC), Garden Grove.
