Overseas PML-N Sacramento Chapter Formed

PML (N) overseas chapter of Sacramento met with prominent community members from Sacramento and Elk Grove at the residence of Malik Kamran in Elk Grove. The meeting was arranged by Malik Kamran and attended by Dr. Amir Siddique, President of PML(N) Sacramento, Rana Kamran Amin, Senior vice president; Aqeel Mustafa (General Secretary); Shahid Saleemi ( Vice president) , Javaid Chaudhary ( Finance secretary) and Malik Kamran ( media advisor). It was also attended by prominent community members of Sacramento and Elk Grove including Malik Yunas Awan, Anwar Rashid, Hassan Ali Jakhar, Dr. Usman Afzal, Umair Khan, Mahmood Akhtar, Azhar Malik and Imran Rashid.
The meeting was held to explain the purpose and goals of establishing the Overseas PML (N) Chapter in Sacramento and Bay Area.   President Dr. Amar Siddique addressed the gathering and said that PML (N) “invites the overseas friends to join us.” He also said that the purpose of establishing the chapter is to create direct communication channels between Pakistani Americans and mainstream Americans to promote the good image of Pakistan. PML (N) strongly supports a  fully democratic Pakistan where all institutions work according to the Constitution. This platform will also serve to bridge the gap between Pakistani Americans and the American people.
He also said that Inshallah Mian Shahbaz Sharif’s government in Punjab will bring prosperity to the people of Punjab. He also lauded Shahbaz Sharif’s efforts to accord due recognition to merit so that each individual could achieve what he deserved.
Aqeel Mustafa, Rana Kamran and Shahid Saleemi also addressed the gathering. It was decided that such corner meetings should be continued. At the end, everybody enjoyed the delicious dinner at Malik Kamran‘s residence.
