Dear Friends, We Need Your Help

 

I would like to call each one of you personally but there is not enough time to do that. So I have chosen to send you an email and please forward it to your friends and family. There is a button at the end of this email that will let you forward to your lists. We need to all help Ali raise money very quickly.

Ali's campaign is Mashallah going very strong, and he is emerging as the front-runner in a three-way race for the primary for State Treasurer. He is close to having one of two opponents sit down either before the state convention or right after the state convention.

We have a problem. The Secretary of State has changed the date of reporting fund-raising to one month earlier from May to April. Ali has put in $300,000.00 of his own money; but he needs to show broad based support and needs to bring in another $300,000.00. If Ali does not have significant funds raised, the media will say Ali is a Muslim, and he is having problems raising funds.

Although people have said anti-Muslim things to all the members of our family campaigning for Ali throughout the state of Colorado, once they meet us, and hear Ali's ideas, they no longer feel that same way about Ali.

In the next twelve days we need our community to raise a lot of money for Ali.  Each person can give a Max Contribution of $1,050.00

A couple can give a Max Contribution of $2,100.00.

YOU GIVE WHATEVER YOU ARE COMFORTABLE GIVING, TEN DOLLARS , FIFTY DOLLARS, A HUNDRED DOLLARS OR MORE. WHATEVER YOU GIVE WILL HELP.

I know you all are very generous when it comes to supporting religious matters; today you need to support a Muslim who can win a State-wide seat and bring us Honor and Respect.

Just Ali running and being successful is a matter of Pride for our children and grandchildren. INSHALLAH when he becomes successful it will be a great achievement for the entire Pakistani American Community and American Muslim Community.

TO THOSE WHO SAY THEY ARE DEMOCRATS:

This is a republican primary so your money is not going against a democrat.

A lot of democrats are supporting Ali and have given him their money. Many say it’s about time there is a Muslim running in an election. The Kennedys of Colorado, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Farley, are supporting Ali.

What better protection for all of us Muslims than having an American Muslim in the State Government of Colorado.

You can feel proud that your funds will put an American Muslim in great position to win a State-wide office.

TO THOSE WHO SAY WHY SHOULD I HELP:

We always complain we don't have any Muslims or Pakistanis in high places; well, we have to help them get there.

We have our first chance to help an American Muslim of Pakistani descent get to a high position in a State-wide office.
