Babar Hashmi Hosts Lunch for Media Group

Mr. Babar Hashmi, who has recently taken over as Pakistan Consul General in New York, hosted a luncheon party at the Ali Baba Terrace in the heart of Manhattan for a media group recently.
The group consisted of Mr..Mujeeb Lodhi from Pakistan News, Ms.Asma Shakeel from Pakistan Link, Ms. Ayesha Khan from Voice of America, Mr. Mavis from Aaj, and Mr. Mohsin Zaheer from Sadae Pakistan.
In a casual discussion, Mr. Babar suggested that Pakistan journalists should form an association and should work together rather than working individually. He said he would support any initiative by the media to launch such an association.
The media representatives gave their views on the formation of the association.
