Tragedy Strikes Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s Group

 

Chicago, IL: The Indian manager of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was killed in a road accident early Sunday. Two band members were also injured.

The group had performed in Detroit on Friday and was on way to Chicago, when the accident took place near Calhoun County.

One of the passengers, manager Chitresh Shrivastava, was pronounced dead on the spot.

Calhoun County Sheriff deputies said the vehicle lost control and went off the road.

Witnesses said speed may have been a factor in the accident.

The group is currently performing in different cities of the United States and drawing large crowds.
