Support Young Leaders Summit

Dear Friends,
As-salaam 'alaykum

Based on popular demand and our proven record of developing more than 200 young American Muslim leaders, MPAC is expanding its highly acclaimed Young Leaders Summits this year to include our  first-ever Silicon Valley Summit in 2013.

At each of the four summits, delegates will spend several days in an industry-intensive program that will expose them to the fields of government, Hollywood, media, technology and entrepreneurship, where they will:
. get an inside look at the nerve centers of our nation

  • learn how decisions get made that impact policy and public opinion
  • expand their professional and social networks
  • advance their career aspirations
  • develop their skills in public speaking and civic engagement

Thanks to generous supporters like you, we've been able to impact more than 200 young American Muslims' lives since 2007 and we invite you to help us impact 60 more lives this year.
Join our "Young Leaders Expansion" Campaign
On December 15, 2012, generous supporters from across Southern California joined together to raise $50,000 for our Young Leaders Summits. Today, we are rolling out a national campaign to raise the remaining $65,000  needed to successfully implement four summits this year.  This will enable our team to organize meetings, workshops, travel, meals, lodging and a graduation ceremony for up to 60 delegates at our four summits, as well as our annual Young Leaders Alumni Retreat.
 Join Our "20 Scholarships" Campaign
Sponsor a  $1,000 scholarship , giving one young American Muslim the chance to experience the summit of their choice. The scholarship covers their registration, travel, meals, and lodging expenses over the course of the summit. With your support, we hope to offer 20 scholarships this year.
By  sponsoring   ONE  young leader for $1,000, you can empower  an American Muslim college or graduate student with the knowledge, tools and education needed to enrich their personal, professional and spiritual development  enable a young person to work towards improving our society
