ISLAMABAD: The government on Thursday constituted a six-member investigation committee to probe the bombing at Islamabad’s fruit market, which left 25 people dead and about 120 injured. According to official sources, the committee includes officials from police, CID, ISI and IB. The law enforcement agencies have already arrested about 30 people from different areas in connection with Wednesday’s devastating attack. At least 14 suspects were arrested from the suburbs of the marketplace where the bombing happened. Seven of them were freed after investigation. Several arrests were made from Burewala Tehsil from where the truck carrying the box of explosives was loaded along with cartons of guavas. The truck driver was arrested from Kamoki.
