NA-246 ballot papers will be delivered to ROs under Army supervision: ECP
ISLAMABAD: Ballot papers for the bye-election in NA-246 constituency of Karachi will be delivered to returning officers (RO) under the supervision of the Army.
400,000 ballot papers will be printed for the by-election which will take place on April 23. Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) sources said the paper used for printing the ballots is not available in the market.
Strict precautionary and safety measures have been taken for the printing of the ballot papers and ECP sources informed Geo News that the process is fool proof.
The National Assembly seat fell vacant after Nabil Gabol tendered his resignation and quit the MQM.
