Launch of storybooks based on lives of women extraordinary initiative by BISP: Mamnoon

ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain has said that launch of stories based on the lives of women, is an extraordinary initiative taken by Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP).He was addressing a ceremony on Thursday.
The President said the book will prove to be fruitful in highlighting tremendous efforts of BISP for empowering women of the country.
He said publication of book in different languages will benefit not only Pakistani women but abroad also.
BISP Chairperson Marvi Memon emphasised the need for promoting all languages of the country.
Addressing a ceremony, she said all the languages that are spoken in Pakistan, are part of culture and source of national harmony.
She said, our women are playing a pivotal role in the development of the country. She said BISP is a support mechanism for valiant and intelligent women of Pakistan.
