Imran Khan to reveal proof of election rigging

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman, Imran Khan reiterated his stance on election rigging stating that he would reveal proof pertaining to this.

Addressing a news conference here on Tuesday, Khan said rigging during the 2013 elections was the worst in history and the interim government was involved with the PML-N.

The PTI chairman added that he would present evidence of how the 2013 general elections were rigged on August 11.

“Today I will reveal how much rigging took place and on 11 August I will reveal how it took place."

Khan further said he would also be revealing the names of the players who were involved in this 'match-fixing.'

Khan added that all preparations had been made for the ‘Azadi March’ in Islamabad on August 14. Without providing any confirmation, Khan said it was possible that Dr Tahirul Qadri may also be part of the march.

In a message to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Khan said the time for dialogue was now over. The PTI chief called on the prime minister to resign and call for elections.
