PTI workers are disheartened: Haider Rizvi

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Haider Abbas Rizvi said on Saturday that a substantial number of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) is present in Aabpara while the supporters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) are disappointed.

Talking exclusively to Geo News, Haider Abbas Rizvi said that PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri has trained his workers and that is why they are present in Aabpara with their leader.

On the other hand, the workers and supporters of PTI are dejected and said that his sympathies are with them.

He said that weather conditions are a hard challenge for the party workers and that the PAT and PTI workers have been going through testing times since Friday.

Haider Rizvi, then, recalled MQM’s demonstration on Numaish Chowrangi when they had stayed there for five days. He said that if the leadership stays with the workers, the workers remain persistent to fulfill their mission. He said that MQM’s leadership never leaves its workers alone in difficult times.
