Nawaz satisfied with energy projects in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif presided over an important meeting on Tuesday, in order to discuss the energy projects in the country.

PM Nawaz expressed his satisfaction over the progress of energy projects by stating that the government is using alternative energy sources to meet the shortage of electricity, confirmed the spokesperson of the PM.

"Progress on energy projects under the administration of the CPEC will be evaluated regularly", said PM Nawaz Sharif. "Transparency will be ensured during the implementation of energy projects ".

The Prime Minister also remarked that load-shedding over the years had severely impacted the domestic and industrial users, which was why the government was trying its utmost to end the menace of load-shedding.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has stated during public gatherings and conventions that the government would end load-shedding by the year 2017.
