‘Pakistan to not be paralysed on Imran's call’
Khurshid says govt, Imran destabilising Pakistan

INP

ISLAMABAD – Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah on Monday said that Pakistan would not be paralysed on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan's call.

Talking to journalists outside the Parliament House, he said that Minister for Information Pervaiz Rashid's statement that the government would not hold talks with the PTI was disappointing. The opposition leader said that it was necessary for the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) led government to hold talks with PTI, adding that in the other case, the government risked weakening its own standing.

He also said that the actions of both the PML-N government and Imran Khan were destabilising Pakistan. This was the first reaction by Khurshid on Imran’s call of paralysing cities to increase pressure on the PML-N government.
