PM promises to announce package for promotion of education in Balochistan
Nawaz says govt will utilise all resources to ensure quality education for children of Balochistan

ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Wednesday that youths in Balochistan have lot of talent and he would announce education package for the province during his visit to the Province.

Talking to a group of students from Loralai here at the PM’s House, he said that his government was committed to the development of Balochistan with a resolve to bring it at par with the developed areas of Pakistan. He said that over the years Balochistan was neglected, despite being rich not only rich in natural resources but also had an equally talented youth. He said that if provided adequate opportunities the youths can bring massive change. He told the students that their parents were spent a lot on their education despite resource restraint and it was for them to fulfil their dreams.

He said that the nation was proud of its young generation that would help Pakistan get its rightful place in the comity of nations with honour and dignity. He said that the government would utilise all resources to ensure that the children of Balochistan get quality education. He also listened to a number of suggestions put forth by the students for creating a conducive learning education at the Loralai School. The prime minister announced Rs 15 million for the school and to meet its urgent immediate needs.

He also asked the school authorities to provide scholarships to the outstanding students. He said that the young students were the future of Pakistan and would bring a good name to the nation. He directed Senator Sardar Yaqoob Nasir to find out the problems of the school and submit a report to him for implementation. Minister for Information and Broad Casting Pervaiz Rashid was also present during the meeting.
