Seminar on ‘Media and Kashmir dispute’
ISLAMABAD: The Riphah Institute of Media Sciences (Riphah International University) is organizing a seminar titled “Media and Kashmir dispute: Challenges and way forward” here today (Feb 5). Eminent personalities from print and electronic media, columnists, writers, anchorpersons, and reporters would deliberate on contemporary issues like post US president Obama visit to India, Indian design to change the demography of Kashmir, post election scenario in Indian Occupied Kashmir, right to self-determination. The role of media is vital to promote the humanitarian dimension of Kashmir issue in the light of changing global scenario, said a press release.
