RAC arranges photographic exhibition on Kashmir Day

RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Arts Council organized a photographic exhibition in connection with Kashmir Day to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir on Wednesday. Member Punjab Assembly Lubna Rehan Pirzada flanked by Naheed Manzoor and RAC Resident Director Waqar Ahmed inaugurated the exhibition. The photographs displayed at the exhibition presented the firsthand account of brutalities suffered by the people of the occupied Kashmir at the hands of the Indian forces for demanding their legitimate right to the self-determination. RAC Resident Director Waqar Ahmed told that over 250 photographs are depicting the atrocities inflicted on the innocent Kashmiri people in Indian Held Kashmir (IHK) by Indian occupied forces. The exhibition will be open for general public for three days. A large number of the people belonging to all walks of life including students, teachers, human rights activists, artists were also present on the occasion.
