Federation submits record of cases against Lakhvi in IHC

ISLAMABAD – The Federation on Monday submitted complete record of first information report (FIR) lodged against Zakiur Rahman, main accused of Mumbai attack, in the Islamabad High Court (IHC). Additional Advocate General Afnan Karim Kundi submitted the record before the single bench of Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi in a petition filed by Lakhvi seeking bail in all pending cases against him. The court on last hearing had directed the the Ministry of Interior to submit record of all cases registered against Zakiur Rahan Lakhvi in all the provinces, Azad Jammu Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
