Indian Foreign Secretary to visit Pakistan on March 3

ISLAMABAD - Indian Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar will visit Pakistan on March 3 for talks with Pakistani Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry. Foreign Office spokesperson Tasnim Aslam while confirming the visit of Indian Foreign Secretary to Pakistan said that in pursuant to the call of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on February 13, the Indian Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar would visit Pakistan on 3-4 March. She said that during his visit, Jaishankar would hold meeting with Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry. Earlier, the scheduled meeting of two foreign secretaries to be held here at Islamabad on August 25 last year which unilaterally canceled by India on the pretext that Pakistan’s High Commission to India held a meeting with leaders of Occupied Kashmir.
