Mustafa Kamal urges govt to take PSP seriously

KARACHI:Six officials, belonging to MuttahidaQaumi Movement-Pakistan, and three people, in-charge of sectors and joint sectors, have joined Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) on Sunday.

Chief of the political organisation, Mustafa Kamal, made the announcement while addressing a press conference in the metropolis.

He said that the party was approaching other people to pledge affiliation. He congratulated the people for a successful rally earlier last week.

He claimed that a ‘flood of people’ would soon join Pak Sarzameen Party. “At least 64 representatives of different political parties have joined PSP besides the nine officials of MQM Pakistan,” he said.

While urging the government to take PSP’s statements seriously, he said that 15 representatives from Sunni Tehreek, 14 of Pakistan People’s Party and six of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz have joined Pak Sarzameen Party. Kamal vowed that power would be transferred to the grassroots once the party comes to power.

PSP chief warned that there are 26 days left until the expiry of the deadline given to Sindh government to meets party’s demands. He demanded of the authorities to conduct a free and fair consensus.
