President, PM grieved over loss of lives in Parachinar
President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif have expressed deep grief over loss of precious lives in the deadly Parachinar blast.Expressing their condolences for the departed souls, they directed the concerned officials to provide urgent medical assistance to the injured.
Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra also condemned the blast and sympathised with the bereaved families.
The interior minister sought report of the incident.
Expressing condolence over the incident, Minister of State for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb reiterated the government's commitment to eliminate terrorism from the country.
She said the enemies of peace in the country would be dealt with iron hands. The minister said such cowardly attacks cannot dent the resolve of the nation to end the menace of terrorism.
