Maulana Tariq Jamil says he advised Imran against staging sit-in
KARACHI: Renowned religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel says he had urged Imran Khan not to stage sit in but the Pakistan Tehreek-Insaf Chairman had “gone too far” (to withdraw his decision).
He said he had told Imran Khan to improve situation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Tableeghi Jamaat scholar was talking at Geo News talk show Jirga hosted by journalist Salim Safi.
The program would be aired on Monday.
