Oxford University to present honorary shield to Rahat
LONDON: Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was invited by the Oxford University of England to be graced with an honorary shield.
He will tour the university where a 200-year-old music room will be opened for him to visit.
Students of the music department of Oxford University will do a musical session with Rahat Fateh Ali Khan as well.
“The award is to be given by Oxford University will not be just for me but for the entire Pakistani nation and its music industry,” Rahat said in a statement.
