APML, MQM workers join PSP in London

LONDON: Former members of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) and current leaders of the Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP), Raza Haroon and Anees Advocate held a press conference in which workers from APML and MQM joined the party's ranks.

According to details, Raza Haroon was all praise for Pak Sarzameen Party as he said that within a short span of only three months, PSP had become a national party.

"The whole country has welcomed Pak Sarzameen Party," he said.

Raza Haroon also criticised MQM chief Altaf Hussian and like earlier, criticized severely. Haroon alleged that MQM's leadership had confessed to the British police about their involvement with Indian intelligence agency RAW.

"MQM leaders in United Kingdom confessed to being involved with RAW," he said. "Anees Advocate and Mustafa Kamal have accomplished a big task by challenging MQM chief Altaf Hussain," he added.

Anees Advocate also spoke on the occasion and said that his reason for coming to London was to expose those who were working against the country.

"We will not accept any such organization that works against the interests of Pakistan," said Anees. "We demand the British government take action against such elements," he said.

Media reports from a couple of days earlier had stated that Anees Advocate and Raza Haroon had departed for London and were busy meeting with various deputations. The duo was sent there to set up Pak Sarzameen Party's chapter in the UK's capital.

Ever since the party was formed on March 23, workers affiliated with Pak Sarzameen Party and MQM have often clashed with each other, resulting in injuries and scuffles.
