Pakistan strongly condemns suicide attack in Afghanistan
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has strongly condemned the car bomb explosion close to the Kabul Bank branch in Lashkargah city of Helmand province in Afghanistan which resulted in the loss of many innocent lives and injuries to many more earlier on Thursday.
The Foreign Office Spokesperson Muhammad Nafees Zakaria in a statement issued on extended heartfelt sympathies and deepest condolences on behalf of the people and Government of Pakistan to the Government and the people of Afghanistan and the bereaved families on Thursday afternoon.
The spokesperson reiterated condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. He prayed for early recovery of the injured. He said that Pakistanis firmly stand with Afghan brothers in this hour of grief and anguish.
