NewsMQM’s criticism against Army, Rangers crossing all limits: Nisar
ISLAMABAD: Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has strongly reacted to Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s statements against Army and Rangers.
In a statement, Ch. Nisar said MQM’s invective against Rangers and Army was crossing all limits.
He said, “This is the same military to which Muttahida had been demanding to handover Karachi and had also shared power with it for nine years.”
Nisar further said this is the same army whose sacrifices against terrorism were appreciated by the MQM. “What is rationale behind their being all praise for the army one day and then later going ahead and use condemnable language against the same institution,” he wondered.
He further asked if people of any other country use such language against their own military.
The minister advised MQM to move independent judiciary if it considers its stance correct and advised it to desist from making a mockery of the law by reacting this way.
