Protesters from KPK stage sit-in outside Imran's residence

ISLAMABAD: A large number of people from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Karak district staged a sit-in outside Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan's residence against non-availability of gas, water and potable water.

The protesters refused to end their sit-in when senior PTI leader Azam Swati visited them.

The protesters were of view that they would not end their protest until the former cricket hero met them.

They said they had staged a sit-in for 26 days in Karak to raise their demands but none of the PTI leaders listened to them.

They further said that many protesters were arrested from the protest demonstration in Karak and cases were also lodged against them.
