NewsGilani claims Zulfiqar Mirza has old enmity with PPP
MULTAN: Former prime minister Yusuf Raza Gilani has claimed that Zulfiqar Mirza had old enmity with Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), however, ex-speaker National Assembly Fehmida Mirza should be provided security as per her position.
Talking to media at Multan airport here Sunday, Gilani said Zulfiqar Mirza was a matter of past now.
Former premier said, “My and Salman Taseer’s abducted sons are in Afghanistan and it is also informed by intelligence agencies and home minister Punjab.”
He advised political parties not to issue statement before the verdict of Judicial Commission on alleged poll rigging.
PPP leader welcomed appointment of Rafique Rajwana as Governor and hoped he will redress frustration of South Punjab besides completing ongoing and incomplete projects.
