Uproar in Sindh Assembly over Nisar Khuhro’s leaked video
KARACHI: Sindh Assembly session witnessed chaos when Nusrat Sehar Abbasi of Pakistan Muslim League-Functional raised point over leaked video of Provincial Education Minister Nisar Khuhro on Monday.
Pakistan People’s Party and Functional League members exchanged harsh words during the session after Nusrat Sehar went critical of Khuhro over his video.
She questioned why Article 62 and 63 were not provoked against education minister for sitting in an obscene gathering.
She demanded Nisar Khuhro to extend an apology from the nation over leaked video.
On the occasion, PPP stalwart Manzoor Wasan alleged that PML-F was involved in extortion and this money is provided to terrorists of Karachi. He added that Rs20 million per month extortion is received from Sawan Gas field. He demanded thorough investigation into alleged involvement of PML-F in extortion.
Later, the session was dismissed till tomorrow after PML-F MPAs protested over Wasan’s allegations.
