Ex-Balochistan CM denies links with Mushtaq Raisani

QUETTA – Former Balochistan chief minister Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani – through his spokesperson – has refuted the news which depicted that Mushtaq Ahmed Raisani, the suspended finance secretary who was arrested by the NAB, is his cousin.A statement issued by the Sarawan House, the residence of the former chief minister, said that there was no truth in the news aired by some private TV channels that the suspended finance secretary was cousin of Nawab Aslam Raisani.
The spokesman said that although the suspended finance secretary belonged to the Raisani tribe. But he (Mushtaq Raisani) was not relative to Nawab Aslam Raisani. He urged the media to confirm facts behind news before airing or publishing it.
