KPK slipping from PTI’s hands, warns PM

D.I KHAN: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has stated those who had claimed to build naya Pakistan have even failed to build new Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Addressing a public gathering after groundbreaking ceremony of D.I Khan-Hakla Motorway here Tuesday, PM Nawaz warned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf that KPK was slipping from its hands and PTI would not have even KPK in 2018 general elections.

He said PTI candidate stood third in the by-polls in Peshawar, adding that people of the city have realized there was no naya Pakistan coming up.

The Premier went on to say rivals are destined to stage sit-in and will keep protesting, however, we will keep working.

PM Nawas Sharif thanked Maulana Fazlur Rehman for inviting him in Dera Ismail Khan and said that a new and long lasting partnership is building between Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F).

The Prime Minister also announced to build an agriculture university in D.I Khan besides a development budget of Rs500 million and Rs870 million for gas supply to all the tehsils.
