Pakistan capable to protect its territorial boundaries: Asif
By: PPISIALKOT: Minister for Defence and Water and Power Khawaja Asif said that Pakistan will respond instantly and in a befitting way in case of any violation of its border.
Talking to media here on Saturday, he said that Pakistan is deeply monitoring its borders situation and is ready to protect its territorial boundaries. He stressed the need to promote mutual cooperation between Pakistan and Afghanistan for eliminating terrorism.
He said that Pakistan wants to have good relations with Afghanistan and will continue its sincere efforts for this purpose. He said that Pakistan is successfully eliminating terrorism from the country besides playing a front line role in establishing durable global peace.
He said that there is no unscheduled load-shedding anywhere in the country. He said that there would be surplus electricity by December this year. He said that there is a zero load-shedding in the industrial sector.
