Imran optimistic about PM Nawaz’s resignation

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has reiterated that he will not end sit-in in Islamabad until the resignation Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Geo News reported.

In an interview with British Broadcasting, Khan said Nawaz Sharif has to go either on November 30 or December 30, adding it is not the matter of time but the matter of win.

He was optimistic that PM Nawaz will resign as he was facing difficulties to run the government, adding that the sit-in will end on the resignation of PM.

PTI chief said he had achieved what he never think about from the sit-in. He added that this has created political awareness among the masses and they were more aware of their rights.

To a question over the support of army, Imran Khan said the army could not force people to join public meetings, adding PTI is backed by the masses.
