GUJRANWALA – Gujranwala administration on Thursday declared Gujranwala rally of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), due on November 23, as security risk.

According to the 32-point agreement between the PTI and the administration, the PTI leadership has been advised to prepare a bullet proof stage for PTI Chairman Imran Khan whereas mobile service would be suspended at Jinnah Stadium and its surroundings.

DJ Butt has also been warned not to violate Pakistan Amplifier Ordinance 1965; and strict action would be taken otherwise. It has also been emphasised in the agreement that the PTI itself would arrange CCTV cameras and scanners.

On the other hand, unidentified persons set five of Imran Khan’s hoardings on fire in Gujranwala. The PTI leadership has condemned the act.
