NA speaker dismisses PTI references seeking disqualification of MNA's
ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly, Ayaz Sadiq dismissed disqualification references against three Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members on Friday.
The PTI had sent references against three party MNA's, Gulzar Khan, Nasir. Khattak and Musarat Ahmedzeb after they refused to resign as per Party instructions.
According to National Assembly Secretariat sources, the speaker dismissed the references and ruled that none of the members have left PTI and have not joined any other party. Therefore the Article 63/A does not apply on the three PTI members of the National Assembly.
