Sheikh encounters ‘Go Rashid Go’ slogan

RAWALPINDI – Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rashid encountered an unexpected situation when he went to take part in the funeral prayers of an old friend here on Friday.
According to reports, the Member of National Assembly went to Chitian Hattian locality of Rawalpindi for the funeral prayers of an old friend Sheikh Naseer. However as the people saw Sheikh Rashid, they started raising ‘Go Rashid Go’ slogans.
Sheikh Rashid however did not react to the strong reaction of the Rawalpindi people to his role in the present political situation and after sitting silently for some time, he left the place.
