ECP issues details of legislators assets
ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued the submitted asset details of legislators including members of Senate, National Assembly and four provincial assemblies.
It is revealed that many legislators had, so far, failed to submit their asset details despite the passing of deadline.
According to the report, 74 Senators and 222 MNAs have so far submitted their asset details in the ECP.
The ECP, few days earlier, had issued last reminder to the parliamentarians to submit their own, spouses’ and dependents’ assets details by September 30.
According to the ECP, 222 members of National Assembly have so far submitted their assets details, as the total strengthen of NA is 342. On the other hand 74 senators among 104 have submitted their assets details.
