All districts will have passport offices by Jan 2017
By APPISLAMABAD: State Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Balighur Rehman Friday informed the Senate that all districts of the country would have passport offices by January 2017.
Responding to a Calling Attention Notice raised by Muhammad Usman Kakar and others regarding non establishment of Passport Offices in various districts of Balochistan the minister said the government had decided in 2015 that a passport office would be set up in every district of the country.
He said passport offices in districts Musakhel, Ziarat and Harnai were ready and staff has already been deputed.
These offices would be inaugurated after Muharram ul Harram, he added.
