Indian troops yet again resort to unprovoked firing at LoC

RAWALPINDI: Indian security forces yet again resorted to unprovoked firing at Kerala sector of the Line of Control on Friday night.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, befitting response is being given by Pakistani troops to Indian firing.

The firing was continuing at the time of filing of this report. It was the third such breach of the ceasefire by Indian forces across the LoC and working boundary in a single day.

"Indians yet again resorted to unprovoked firing at Karela sector at LoC at 2055 hrs. Befitting response being given by Pakistani troops. Firing was continuing till filing of this report," said the Pakistani military's media wing.

Earlier, DG ISPR in his tweets rejected Indian claims of hitting or killing any Pakistani soldier/Ranger with firing at anytime today at LoC/working boundary, saying that it was absolutely false.

Lt-Gen. Asim Bajwa said, Indians resorted to unprovoked fire/shelling on working boundary in Shakargarh sector today. Pakistan Rangers befittingly responded to it.

He confirmed there was no loss on Pakistani side.
