Imran aims to win NA-4 by-election

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, on Friday, claimed that PTI will win the by-election of the NA-4 constituency of Peshawar.

The NA-4 seat was left vacant after the demise of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) dissident Member National Assembly (MNA) Gulzar Khan.

While addressing a rally in Peshawar, he urged the voters to support PTI’s candidate in the election and said, "It is a decisive time for the nation".

Pointing towards the youth, Imran said, “Vote for PTI on Oct 26 to ensure progress in Pakistan”.

During his speech, he accused former premier Nawaz Sharif of money laundering.

"Out of all the money that Nawaz stole from the nation, about 300 million rupees are stored abroad," he said.

He claimed that Nawaz was disqualified because he stole the nation's money.

He also claimed that Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is just a puppet of Sharif family.

Commenting on the ECP’s issuance of arrest warrants for him, he said, "All institutions should work under a legal framework".

He praised the enthusiasm of his supporters who came to the rally.
