President Xi to visit Pakistan soon
APPISLAMABAD – Foreign Office on Thursday confirmed that the visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to Pakistan would take place very soon.
In her weekly briefing here, Foreign Office spokesperson Tasnim Aslam said that the Chinese president expressed his keenness to visit Pakistan at the earliest during his meeting with Adviser on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz.
She said that the visit of President Xi to Islamabad would take place very soon. While quoting the Chinese president, the spokesperson said that the relations between Pakistan and China were immune to international developments which he (President Xi) said during his meeting with Sartaj Aziz.
