Crew of PIA flight taken into custody over smuggling allegations
LAHORE: Custom authorities took crew of PIA’s flight from London into custody on Sunday after recovering mobile phones and foreign currency.
The authorities said that they have seized from the cabin crew of PK-758 cell phones worth millions of rupees and foreign currency.
They said that expensive mobile phones were also recovered from the possession of airhostesses and flight steward.
The Custom officials said that 5,000 pounds were recovered from the British Pound Amir Hashmi.
