30 heads of state attend Chinese president’s banquet dinner

BEIJING – President Mamnoon Hussain on Wednesday attended a banquet dinner hosted by Chinese President Xi Jinping in honour of the world leaders visiting China to attend the commemoration of 70th anniversary of end of World War II.
As many as 30 heads of state including Russian President Vladimir Putin, South Korean President Park Geun-hye, Kyrgyzstan President Almazbek Atambayev and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon among others attended the banquet at the State Guest House.
Begum Mehmooda Mamnoon also attended the banquet along with the president.
