Simpler Bank Procedure

My mother-in-law Majeed-un-Nissa
had applied for 15 advanced salaries to the National
Bank of Pakistan Rahimabad Branch (256) (F.B.
Area). She is a senior Grade-17 government employee
and teaches at the N.J.V. Higher Secondary School,
Karachi.
The manager of the branch took many days for completion
of the necessary formalities and now says that
a gentleman of the bank’s F.T.C. Branch
(274) is dealing with the case and until his approval
is given he couldn’t do anything.
Since much time has been passed it is necessary
to investigate into the matter to ascertain reasons
for the delay in the case and the lengthy process
involved. I request the competent National Bank
of Pakistan authorities to make the process as
simple and as easy as possible to boost the bank’s
reputation.
