Oppression
of Muslims by Muslims

Brigadier Usman Khalid gives
the impression in his piece that oppression of
Muslims in various parts of the world (Palestine,
Chechnya and Kashmir) should be resisted. I agree
that people who feel aggrieved should use appropriate
means to free themselves. However, how about Muslims
oppressing Muslims, such as the adventurism of
despots such like Sadaam, Assad and the Sudanese
forces in Darfur. BBC has shown many programs
about Darfur where 50,000 black Muslims have been
killed. No one in the Muslim world has found it
fit to comment on this issue.
