Nawaz Sharif’s
Deportation

I would like to register my strong protest against
the abduction and deportation of former Prime
Minister Nawaz Sharif.
I feel very embarrassed and ashamed because of
the irresponsible actions of the law enforcement
agencies at Islamabad airport in violation of
the orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. If
the civil servants of Pakistan don’t heed
the court orders, they do not deserve to be kept
on the pay rolls of the state.
By using public servants to deport Nawaz Sharif,
General Pervez Musharraf has once again proved
that he has no regard for the law and constitution
of Pakistan . He needs to be brought to his real
place, i.e. a cell for the condemned prisoners
and not the presidency which he is occupying at
gun point.
It will be appreciated if you convey my concerns
to the Government of Pakistan.
