Can Musharaf Save Pakistan?

According to a news report Musharraf vowed to save Pakistan and steer the country out of various problems, including political turmoil.
The question is: can he save the country? Yes, he can; by quitting the presidency. And unlike the Indian President who had only two suitcases with him when he left the presidency; Musharaf can take as many suitcases with him as he possibly can.
